About okane ga nai (Yaoi warning)
Summary from ghostsarecool
Spoiler:
Okay, so I know a bit about this from the manga I read on the net. The little blond dude has a cousin who gets him into debt and he's sold as a sex slave. He is rescued by a tough loanshark and taken to his apartment where saif loanshark proceeds to keep him as his roomate/sexslave. Everytime Ayase does it with the loanshark (name escapes me) Kouba i think it was? Anyway, he pays off his debt by sleeping with him. The manga is both disturbing and hilarious at times, the remaining cast including two mafia twins who serve Kouba, a convincing and caring dragqueen, and a porno director with a heart of gold.

JC should be a good studio for Nodame. Not necessarily what they're known for, but they have a knack for selling the subtle moments in their series, and with Kenichi Kasai on supervision and Tomoko Konparu on composition, that should be in full-effect here. They've both recently proven themselves as top notch in those roles (Kasai on Honey and Clover, and Konparu on NANA,) so this should be a pretty good series. Especially if they have the rest of the animation staff and budget to properly render the piano playing.
