Wow Brave Saga... it's probably CPM.
Yes...it's true. Apparently the solicitation was issued today. goshou hasn't posted who it's by though. It's NOT Bandai however.
We'll know who has it by the end of the day.

And with that note it will never air on television.
I guess some people have never heard of Rurouni Kenshin. Well, I guess it can be easy to forget that it aired on CN; it never was a very popular show among anime fans.Originally Posted by Lord Dalek

wait? i thought this would't get Licensed cause of it having a toy line or something like that
It could end up on TV yet, but it'll hinge on how they licenced it. Media Blasters should have had money enough to get TV rights, but you never know on that account, and they should atleast be able to get it on Imaginasian or I-Channel without a lot of drama if they have those rights. Now, whether any more mainstream network would grab it is questionable anyway, but if Eureka does solidly on AS, that could respark interest in Giant Mecha.Originally Posted by Lord Dalek

I would suggest that it's not the medium, but the quality of perception and expression, that determines the significance of art. But what would a cartoonist know? -Bill Watterson
Interesting. I'll have to check this out when it gets released.

I thought we wouldn't have a chance of seeing this series licensed due to the legal tie-up between Takara and Bandai. I guess the dispute was finally settled!
Media Blasters is sure shaping up to take ADV's throne for distributor of mecha anime!
Now if only they can license Mazinger Z, I can die happy!
