4K!ds TV Talkback: Magical DoReMi (12/03/05)

    Like This Thread!

Don't you dare cry wolf. Don't you dare go and scream. Magical DoReMi's magic is clearly on the scene. What do Parsley and Rosemary have to do with the young witchlings training? Are they scrounging up new food? Perhaps a good old fashioned cookoff is what the magic shop needs to zoom. Either way you'll find out today.

Gee, those "cookies" look an awful lot like takoyaki...

Having an octopus make takyoyaki is sick. Just sick.

The dub actually named the Witch Queen, which, while it's a dub addition, is kind of cool. Originally, she was just referred to as "Joou-sama" throughout the entire series.

they need some consistensy with script writers. at least call them "Dumplings" or "Biscuits" geez...even dounuts would have worked! (yes there are round dounuts)
other then that it was a fun ep, especially the beginning when Dorie was bummed about failing. hmm...i'm surprised Reanne did the switch with Dor and Meri 0_o shes such a nice girl. But it was hilarious watching her glasses shing and her having such confidence.

Rona and Drona are funny without trying to be.

    Donut holes! Those are yummy.

If I had to change takoyaki into something else, I'd use 'meatballs'.

"Dorie fell again". Hahah, I was wondering if those things were made of octopus, that is weird. That octopus/squid relationship was...cute .

I confess, I watched this...even though it was "girly", with fairys and all that stuff, it was still kinda funny. It was sorta good, I just liked the many times when the drawing of the characters went "penciled" when they got mad, but right now, I'm too embarrassed to give anything more (not really).

I think it was ingenious of Mirabelle to think outside the box and instantly realize the whole 'face your worst fears' tasks were on the table. But seriously... cookies?! That's the best 4Kids could come up with?! It makes me wish riceballs appeared in this show so they could say they were donuts, because at least THAT seems somewhat plausible.

Regardless, this was still a pretty fun episode. Am I the only one expecting Dorie and company having to have to fight living, breathing numbers as opposed to taking an algebra test, of all things?

8 out of 10 for "Parsley and Rosemary."
