Dub Title: Fantastic Voyage
Japanese Title: The Legend Has Begun! Head to the Grand Line

Alright, I don't know what to think. The dub title is telling me that 4Kids is skipping the Apis arc and going straight to Laboon. Or maybe they've run out of puns and aren't trying anymore. Whatever.

It'll be over in 30 minutes, so what do I care.

Technically it is a pun.. if I remember correctly they go inside the whale.

Yes, but I don't know if they're skipping ahead to that episode, or if they're referring to the start of the whole Grand Line as a "Fantastic Voyage."

Or maybe they're exploring Luffy's stomach, looking for cancer. It's 4kids, physics be damned.

If this is Laboon(and it probably is, with the next episode being called "Baroque Works"), then that makes 16 episodes already gone from the dub, and we haven't even gotten to the real tough stuff yet. My Arabasta by the end of September prediction will come to pass, unfortunately.

This episode could even potentially take us all the way up to episode 64, and we're only at 45 in the dub.

Last weeks preview showed it was going to be a fantastic voyage because they were trying to avoid crashing into the entrance of the grand line. Which ever episode that is, that's where we're at.

Maybe they're going the manga route and cutting out all the filler. It would save them a lot of time, and I wouldn't be mad. Of course, I would have to hear them admit that before giving them credit.

Cutting out the boring filler with the Dragon is ok. Skipping the whale leaves out big elements to the story.

So they just can't wait to hack and slash LG, Drum ISL, and Arabaster eh? Anyway I'm probley one of the few people who actually liked the Apis filler arc. It was certainly better than that god alful Rainbow mist arc *blech*.

ONe Piece has alot of Boring fillers so if that's what their doing that's Ok with me, However the whale Ep is important because that's the epwhen they meet Vivi and that funny guy trying to kill them. 4Kids get rid of the Mooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo please use eric stuart he's better.

They also forgot to edit the mast to be broken

Did they just re-animate that entire part of the episode to eliminate the need to show Laboon? That is by far the most extreme edit made to any anime dub that I've seen. This does not bode well for future episodes of OP at all.

They've removed Mr and miss from all agents, and Miss Wensday sounds too old. Miss Monday's a man, and I can tolerate Mr. 8

Well Baseball pre-empted the showing here but I get the feeling when I finally see this one I wont be happy.

I didn't think they'd go as far as to re-animate something. They could have kept Laboon and just pretended that Eric was some random thug who snuck on their ship at LogueTown. Taking out Laboon is an awful shame, what he ever do to them?

So I guess this also makes it so about 20 episodes are gone due to removal or merging. Well that's JUUUUUUUST PEACHY. *get on a bus to NY with ill intentions for when he gets to 4kids HQ*

This is horrible.

And the worst part is, I have no idea why they're doing this.

I like Vivi's Voice and Mr.9 who is voiced by Mike Sinternikalaas (Spelling) I also like the voice they chose for the guy with the big hair, the monday lady is okay. we might reach Sky piea next fall season since they're not going to show the fillers YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! That's the arc that I always wanted to see and i wonder who gonna voice Robin ince she'll soon make an appearence and who's gonna voice chopper Oh my chopper.

I try to explain how bad this dub is but people always say because it sticks to the manga that it isn't bad... FOOLS!!!

How'd they get Shaman King so right and One Piece so wrong?

4kids... your logic makes no sense to anyone. Probably not even your employee's.

Worst. dub. ever. This brings the "How many episodes 4Kids thought it was necessary to skip" count to... 20.
