Bleach manga talkback. Chapter 186+ *SPOILERS*

    Like This Thread!
I searched and didn't see a topic for the manga, only the anime talkbacks.

Anywho, this was certainly out of left field...

Oh, we're doing this now, eh? Guess what happened recently was enough to warrant it. Anywho, hell yeah, this thing that happened right there is one of the biggest surprises in a manga I've ever read. And maybe that's an exaggeration, but it gets my point across. Of course, now all Kubo Tite has to do is explain why he never acted earlier during, like, Memories in the Rain and stuff. And we're cool. Great twist.

    BTW, here's the situation.

Grand Fisher finds Kon, and Isshin walks up and says "My son isn't here right now. Want to play with me instead?"

    HOLY CRAP

Isshin is a shinigami! I am quite honestly, blown out of my world. Recca said it best with this being one of the biggest surprises ever.

Yeah, I think everyone is shocked. Now, I just wonder how the anime is gonna handle this.

Hmm, this is an interesting question I found from another forum. If Isshun is a Shinigami, then why didn't he help Ichigo, Karin, and Yuzu when they were being attacked by Grand Fisher or in the first chapter?

He probably sensed that Rukia/Ichigo could take care of them.

Rumors and conspiracies are flying all over the place. Even some going far enough to say he's a descendent of the Shiba clan. Wonder how Hirako will fit into all this.

And my guess is that if he has no special standing in Soul Society, then he probally got changed during Ichigo's time away.

Granted, but only if your freak out includes posting pictures of Yoruichi snuggling with Soi Fong.

I wonder how many people broke and read this thread, I almost feel bad saying stuff like Kaien. Anyhow, read the translated version. Only thing to know is that Ryuuken got his powers from Souken or he trained under him or something like that, and there's a way to get Uryuu's power back. Not like we didn't already know THAT though. Just he has to quit any ties to Ichigo, which obviously won't go down.
