Looks like it's not coming to Portland.

    From AnimeOnDvd:

Columbia Tri-Star New Title Solicitation (03:49 PM EST): The folks at Right Stuf got in the official word on street date and price for Columbia Tri-Star's release of Tokyo Godfathers, which is now set for 04/13/2004 and retailing for $26.96 in region 1.

Whats really sad is this is coming out the same week as Kill Bill.

You mean the Kill Bill Vol.1 DVD?

Easy choice for me. I'm not buying KB until both parts are available together.

sweet, i've been dying to see this movie.

you think they'll release a one-volume set of kill bill? i bet they release a 2 pack, but never as a single volume (as much as i wish they would, since it was one movie originally)
Saturday is the best day of the week. No demands at all! Perfect freedom! The whole day stretches before us with unlimited opportunity! And what better way to appreciate that opportunity than by squandering it watching cartoons all day! --- Calvin

Kill Bill Vol. 1 already has a street date, price and features listed.. so i'm gonna guess its being released in a single volume.

QT said he wanted to release each movie seperate with a ton of extras and then do a box with more exclusive extras
