    Dexter's Laboratory

    Like This Thread!
This is the discussion thread for TZ Animation Wiki article for Dexter's Laboratory.

This is one of the weakest articles I've seen right now because it doesn't actually tell us anything about the show--just that it used to be on Cartoon Network. We need at least some basic info added here about the premise and what the show is like.

Added a premise. At least, now people know what the show is about.

Guys, if you're going to create an article, take time to at least explain the main plot of the series. A random "this show is not on DVD yet" line is not a good way to open an article.

About that sci-di category: the reason I put it there was because IMDB lists the series as science fiction, and as agreed here that was deemed enough for us to do the same. Are we not using that system any more?
The Daily Express is a conservative, British tabloid newspaper. It is a middle-market title, the flagship title of Express Newspapers and is currently owned by Richard Desmond. As of December 2008, it has a circulation of 728,296.

Nah, I'll put it back. I didn't know that was the reason.
I would suggest that it's not the medium, but the quality of perception and expression, that determines the significance of art. But what would a cartoonist know? -Bill Watterson

Ah! I remember this show when I was little. I watched it all the time.

Well, the arcticle was covering it all. It's just a genius boy named Dexter who has a lab under his room and you know the rest.

But it would of been nice if the arcticle stated one of the episodes and it's plot. Have a little intel about it and its review on that episode.

That's fairly informal. Whilst an episode guide for the show will eventually need to be created, you'd probably find what you're talking about at TV.com. In an ideal world it'd be great to have a detailed article for every episode of every animated show ever, but the focus would still be on writing it in an encyclopedic manner.
