My first character page, and TZ Wiki's second. Feedback?
It's not bad. One concern I have though is that it kind of reads like a synopsis of the movie plot rather than a character profile. I realise that's because Frollow is the main villain, but it does seem to go into details which would belong in a story synopsis and not a character profile. We need a way to keep the majority of the info but worded in a way that keeps the focus firmly on Frollo and his actions.

Perhaps it's just me, but putting the Clopin quote at the start doesn't seem formal enough for an encyclopedia - still, it could be worked into the text pretty easily ("As Clopin says when Frollo is first introduced...")
Other than that it seems pretty good. I particularly appreciated the comparison with the version in the Lon Chaney film.
