So AS is finally beating Letterman and Leno? CN is probably finally on to something....that or it is the residual effect of that Family Guy/Trigun one-two punch.

    Um...that's good, right?

    Gotcha.

Anyway, that is really...unexpected, and great. After relatively dissappointing telecasts for March, it looks like April will be a much better month.

Expect Conan to attack Adult Swim real soon if these numbers stay the same.

Yeah, this makes CN's reasoning behind pulling Trigun make much more sense... pull of the show that beats out O'Brian...

These people who program for CN are just stupid, idiotic morons who don't deserve their jobs...

Inuyasha and Cowboy Bebop are on during Conan. not Trigun.

Err... let me modify that sentence, then:
Yeah, this makes CN's reasoning behind pulling Trigun make much more sense... pull of the show that beats out Leno, Jimmy Kimmel, and Letterman.

Hey, that actually makes my sentence sound much more impressive and solidifies the validity of my complaint even more! Heh...

How hard is it to beat Carson "effin" Daily at 1:30 AM ??

other than that gripe, this is terrific news.

Yeah, but Landstander, I must remind you that this could be very bad for Home Movies and the sunday block starting May 25th. Nobody will watch Home Movies since FG isn't on it (nor Futurama)...and the rest of the Sunday block as well!

Not that NO ONE will watch, but the ratings will most likely dramatically drop on AS Sundays starting May 25th. Just my two cents...

Yeah, because everything they've done up to this point has been disastrous so far...

I don't know, but Reign was going against it. That's a pretty nice feat for a "love it or hate it" show like that, all things considered.
What's offensive about the most religious instrument ever?

Hmm...I can see where your coming from (I think the originally slim chance Home Movies had of returning to weekdays is completely out the window now). My celebration was based on more viewers in any context is a good thing. I believe/hope they advertise the hell out of ASC Sundays during Futurama and Family Guy, especially with the new episodes coming.

One solution, to go on a suggestion that has been around ever since Sunday was moved to 11, would be to move ASC Sundays back one hour. Basically, put Futurama and Family Guy at 10 and 10:30 (respectively) and then some of the audiences for these shows will stick around for the rest of the schedule. Or you could put one of these shows as "anchor" at 11 at the expense of another show (I'd say Oblongs...). The original ASC shows do indeed gain from "leftover" FG and Futurama fans (check the February top telecasts for proof), so now that I think about it one of the two shows should probably anchor the block.

*That post might've seemed convuluted...I was writing as it came to me*

hey.. 81,000 people still watch Reign. Wow. At least more than 300,000 watched Trigun and Inuyasha.

Are these ratings for April? My question is,why are people still watching Reign after it being on for so damn long. It bored me after its first run through, but I guess this Carson guy must be even more boring.
