    Half-assed review because I'm tired.

I missed Home Movies, but at least it was a repeat and didn't matter much.

Good episode of Oblongs. Helga finally gets something she deserves, and acknowledges it. Hurrah! My sister laughed. And actually stayed up through Mission Hill. She's growing up ^^

Tonight's MH was my favorite episode. That's all I have to say.

Finally saw Shoyu Weenie. Not too bad. Better than Shaggy Busted for sure.

Sealab.. yep. Another of my favorite episodes.

And here's Rabbot again. It's still funny. Meteors.. heh.

    I'm going to bed.

    HM:
Seen it, quite good... one of the eps I can actually stay through.
Just kinda pissed with McGuirk getting all of Brendan's cash.

    HM grade:4/5

    Oblongs:
Boring... The first Oblongs episode I actually have the time to see and definitely not the episode to impress me.
I wish they had made more fun of the rich people instead of always dissing the freaks.
PS: The mayor really reminds me of Ventura.

    Oblongs grade:3/5

    MH:
Har...har... Anus bar and Spicy pants just cracked me up...
The high points: Gus buying the condoms, the two thugs finding Kevin 'manipulating' and how Kevin got all panicky...
The low point, however, that really hurt this episode was the Andy preaching scene. That scene just really stood out with the rest of the episode.

MH grade:5/5 without the Andy preaching scene
MH grade:3.5/5 with the Andy preaching scene

    Sealab:
    Quite a funny episode...
The talk of the robots certainly were the highlights of the show, even made me don't care about Sealab blowing up.

    Sealab grade:4/5

...skipped the rest of ASC after that...

I'm lazy at the moment so i'll review 2 shows only

    The Oblongs

Funny episode as always, but not as funny as last weeks.

    A

    Sealab 2021

Probably one of my favorite episodes. It's just so funny. No one can doubt this episodes powers.

HM: Not as solid as some episodes, but still very funny. Highlights McGuirk, First display of "weirdness" between Walter and Perry.
    B

Oblongs: I am impressed with the consistency and quality of this show. It's not great, but certainly entertaining and funny.
    B

MH: This is when MH went from good to great. IMO the best and most quotable MH. Would be A+ if not for the "big speech"
    A

HB:AAL: Still not very funny, but still funnier than I remember it being. Too many moments of uncomfortable silence as comedy and Reducto doing the same thing he does in every show he appears in.
    C-

Sealab: What else can be said about this ep except that it holds up very well to multiple viewing (20+). Best of the stealth pilots. One thing I noticed this time that I hadn't before was the chopper sinking to the ocean floor behind Sealab after Sparks says "He'll die in the first wave".
    A

Aqua Teen Hunger Force: This is the least funny ATHF, it just doesn't hold up to repeat viewing. Still very funny, just not as much as the other ones.
    B

Brak Show: The worst Brak Show. Not much going on, this would be absolutely pitiful if not for some of Dad's lines.
    D-

SG: I've never seen this one before. It appears to be a parody of Letterman/Carson. I'm jazzed. I guess this is one of those half-hour episodes.
    B

ASC's 1 one year anniversary. It's kind of disappointing they didn't have any new WS shows to mark the occasion. Oh well, looks like things are gonna be pretty empty till October.

Hmm always dissapoints me that CN cant have at least two shows running new episodes and have them and the other shows switching off during the year, thats what hbo does to keep the viewers and their pretty good, anyhow heres my semi review of ASC

10pm- Home Movies- Eh from the few bits i have seen not really my kind of show but i think i might give it another chance next week.

10:30pm Oblongs- Another great show from the oblongs, very cool parody of urinetown the musical kinda and of course what show wouldnt be perfect without the dyno-mite guy Mein Kampf on tape yeesh "The arayan race is DYNO-MITE!" so un P-C you gotta love it.

11pm-Mission Hill- Ah the porno fire a pure MH classic and unlike what a previous reviewer said one of my favorite scenes was when andy made his speech about the pureness of smut. I salute you Andy French

11:30pm Harvey Birdman - Shoyu Weenie, I just got one thing to say the shark was SO underused

11:45 and onward i ate some brownies and received the nobel peace prize for an hour and a half, well thats it from me and dont forget to heed what good times taught us "The arayan race is DYNO-MITE" Oh and if this offended you then you better never watch family guy or south park, and no the arayan race is not DYNO-MITE!

HM: Identifying a Body. A hilarious episode. The best part is the whole ending.

    Grade: A

Oblongs: This was a good one! Funny stuff. The Hill people were real asses in this one. That's what knocked it down to a B.

    Grade: B

MH: I just noticed something. Mission Hill's acryonym is Home Movies' in reverse. Anyways, I missed it.

    Grade: I don't know!

HB: AAL: Shoyu Weenie is good! Why were all you guys saying it sucked? It's better than Shaggy Busted!

    Grade: B-

Sealab: The best episode ever made. I forgot about this one and laughed myself to death. No, I'm not typing this from the grave. I'm still alive and still am a fan of Home Movies.

    Grade: A++++++

Brak Show, ATHF, Space Ghost: All missed!...

I am not going to comment on each episode, but I did enjoy Oblongs and that episode of Mission Hill was the first one I ever saw on WB, and it was good to see it again. I agree that is when the show really started to get great. I really would love to see DVDs of the first seasons of Oblongs and Mission Hill put out on DVD!

And Space Ghost C2C...never saw this episode before, so it was new to me! I thought it was very well done send up of other late night talk shows, and I particuarly liked Zorak's impressions of Ed McMahon. Ah, this show was great.

Home movies- Seen it before. one of my least favorite eps. Why would you leave someone a sausage in your will?

Oblongs- Funny funny, but the ending could have a little more improvement. Much props to Will Farell, my all time favorite cast member on Saturday Night Live.

Misson hill- one of my faves. The orange hot pants were so cute! where can i get a pair?

I skipped Harvey Birdman. I'm not a very big fan.

Sealab 2021- my favorite adultswim show, so anything is amazing revolving that show.

Sorry, fell asleep after Sealab in my new Sealab 2021 shirt that i won, might i mention!!

Home Movies: Pretty funny episode which I missed the first time around. My favorite line was the "Hey, I got my quarter back" bit towards the end. And the whole 'hugging' part was actually cute and weird at the same time. Overall, a good episode.

    Grade: A-

The Oblongs: Good episode, although it did seem to drag a little towards the end. For some reason, the look on Bobs face when he tries to shake out the dart always cracks me up.

    Grade: B+

Mission Hill: Switched over to South Park.

Harvey Birdman: Not a real good episode. Had it's moments, but they weren't enough for me to really enjoy it.

    Grade: C+

Sealab 2021: The whole discussion on robot bodies made me think of Seinfeld style humor in how they went over the subject. Loved the episode, although the ending wasn't that great.

    Grade: A-

Aqua Teen Hunger Force: Probably my favorite episode from last night. Shakes hissy fit over not being on the other side of the counter still makes me laugh. Still love how they give up towards the end and just decide they need to find new places to hang out.

    Grade: A

Brak Show: Better then last weeks, but still not that great. Dad had some nice scenes and Zoraks line about Braks "new best friend" going to the restroom on his bed made me chuckle, but that's about it.

    Grade: C-

Space Ghost Coast to Coast: One of the things I love the most about this series is when the guests look uncomfortable to be there and this one had a bit of that. Nice episode which I hadn't seen in a LONG time.

    Grade: B+

Home Movies didn't watch don't care

    Oblongs good Episode A-

Mission Hill Didn't watch don't care

HBAAL B- there have been better ones, but solid enough

Sealab 2021 A- One of my favorite episodes

ATHF: A I don't know but was this one the first episode of the series?

    Brak Show......C-

SGC2C A- this one was a full half hour, I thought they were only 15 minutes each

Home Movies- One of the more average Season 2 episodes, but still funny.
    B

Oblongs- Not as good as last week's, but still the 2nd best episode! They really improved! One thing I didn't like was the Hill people not caring about Helga drowning at the end. I know they're supposed to be asses, but flushing a toilet if they know it'll kill someone? Otherwise, very funny.
    B+

Mission Hill- One of the best episodes. I'd like an Anal Bar!
    A

    And yadayadayada...

HOME MOVIES: I thought it was a really funny episode - thought Paula's boss was hilarious. However, one thing that some TV shows and movies do that I HATE is when a character says "I'm not going to (blank)" and then it cuts to a shot of them doing that. Example: in Swingers, when he says "I'm not going to Vegas!" and it cuts to a shot of him going to vegas. It's a technique that is so overused it makes me sick, and HM did it last night ("I'll pay for the gas, but that's it." "I'll pay for the sodas, but that's it."...) Other than that, great episode.

    A-

HARVEY BIRDMAN: One of the better HB episodes in my opinion. I think they need to work on their endings, though.

    B

SEALAB 2021: Really really funny, as always. Really.

    A

ATHF: Eh - it was funny, actually more funny the second time I watched it. Shake has some great lines ("Playing is for pleasure"). I didn't like all the shots of the brick wall with the ATHF logo, though. Although it was funny, it seemed like they hadn't perfected the show yet.

    B+

THE BRAK SHOW: Some funny moments i.e. Brak's underwear, Phil the Boogeyman, but the songs weren't that good and the show just seemed to drag on. It was like I was getting ready to laugh the whole time, but it never happened.

    C

SGC2C: I like parodies when they are done in a more subtle manner (which is why I can't watch SNL - nothing is subtle on that show). Though there was nothing subtle in the parody of the David Letterman, they totally pulled it off - the whole part about being jazzed, Fun With Moltar, was all excellent. And SG not being allowed to have scissors was hilarious!

That's why I like this scene from Family Guy:

Peter: There's no way you're getting me on that plane! Absolutely no way!

    (time-wipe to later)

Peter (is in the same spot): See? I'm still here. And I'm STILL not getting on that plane.

Death: Either you kill them or I kill you.

    (time-wipe to later)

Peter (on the plane): Aw crap.

That was when he had to kill the cast of "Dawson's Creek", right?
    That was a great episode.
