I, for one, missed out on most of the fun raised by the "Ask a Stupid Question" forum. I know there are others out there who feel the same. So I decided to bring it back (like disco! <twitch> no wait, it reallyIS dead...). So, here we go:

Can you tell, just from the way that I write, that I am in serious need of a monkey? If so, how could you tell?

Uh, sorry, but I think the topic needs to stay closed. I felt like it should've been closed from the beginning, but I let it go since it was a fun little thread. But I think the thread was just getting a little too pointless and stupid by the end, and was growing really quickly.

There used to be a thread at one of the boards here that was completely off-topic and random, and that thread just became a big pain in the ass for the moderators to keep track of, and I felt like that's what was happening to the Stupid thread. Besides, with all of the changes to the board recently, I don't think that the Stupid thread fits in anymore.
