    Luffy: "You're the best horse-Terri-Doty-fish!"

    "Sorry, you're the boss."

That sooooooouuuunded like a certain chaaaaaaaaaaracter we'll heeeeeeeeeeeaaaaar later oooooooooooooooooooooon!

    Spoiler:
    "Yoyoi!"

Also, despite this being last episode, the track came from a movie people have been praising for years for Mamoru Hosuda directed that I still haven't seen yet.

That must be fun living in a city with water slides. Also noisy.

    Hmm....masks.

Someone with a cigar tie up that annoying pirate with a rope.

    Kalifa: "Sexual harassment."

    Iceberg: "Weeeeeell... maybe it is."

It's makes so little sense it's hilarious.

Well, those are some shipwrights you don't want to mess with.

Huh. Was that a new Toonami bumper?

So that's why the openings/closings are shortened.

And that's why no one's scared of pirates. The shipwrights will mess you up.

That's Kalifa's thing. She arbitrarily accuses people of sexual harassment.

A lot of One Piece characters have really eccentric quirks as you'll see.

"They really do use water for everything here!" Reminds me of the Channelwood Age in Myst.

I have to say Robins new outfit is one of the many reasons why I love this arc.
"Winter is coming." "Bango Skank was here." "The enemy gate is down" "Death is lighter than a feather, duty heavier than a mountain."

Man, I forgot how slow things go in this anime. Ah well, still pretty fun. Great to finally see these episodes in English.

Hopefully none of you first-time viewers had the closed captioning on, because whoever did the captioning put in a massive spoiler during one particular scene.

    Spoiler:
The identity of the masked person who whispered "CP9".

I thought that this episode was pretty good. I really liked the design for Water 7. All of the water slides look like they'd be really fun and it would be great just to travel throughout the city. I laughed so much when Luffy, Nami and Sanji were going down one of the slides. The scene with the other pirates showed as to why they don't seem to be worried about pirates showing up when they could easily take care of them if things get out of hand. Chopper getting excited to go to that book store continued to make him look far too adorable. People wearing masks was rather strange, but I'm sure that they'll explain it later. Overall, it was a pretty good episode, but I think that we're still in the early setup episodes of the arc too, so hopefully the next one will be more interesting.

Actually, they already explained it. All the mask-wearers are going to a costume party on another island.

But masks will actually play a bigger role later in this arc.
