For the record, I discovered a rare promo for this episode of Naruto back when it first aired on Toonami on Cartoon Network. If you don't want to see it, that's fine. I just figured it'd be neat to share.
Also, I'm not sure if this guy as far as gets pointed out as much in his involvement with Naruto as certain other creative folks have amongst sakuga enthusiasts, but Rion Kujo was assigned director, storyboard artist and a key animator for this episode. He's done a handful of episodes prior where he was under similar positions when working on the show such as episodes 8, 14, 22, 33, and 40 (40 being the rest of the fight between Shino and Zaku).
