Technically while Shippuden mainly lost to BE, it still had the worst retention of the week in comparison to OP, even if the latter had two shows gaining ratings before it (oh **** lets move it down the graveyard slot right away lol!).
AoT couldn't come soon enough though.
It appears reruns at 11:30 are beginning to take their toll.
The Pac man had a fight that night right? Did it end around 1:30?
Anyway, before ya'll hit the panic button please read my opinion piece on P2+ ratings.

I basically agree with that. Also it sucks that the whole block was down, but this comes after some good weeks. Probably another outlier.
I would suggest that it's not the medium, but the quality of perception and expression, that determines the significance of art. But what would a cartoonist know? -Bill Watterson

Yeah, it's a bit of a weaker turnout this week. Space Dandy did perform weaker than usual, which is probably due to the fact that it's in reruns now. Bleach was the only show to reach the one million mark, although there was a bit of a boost with Blue Exorcist and Black Lagoon did pretty decent for its timeslot. Shippuden and One Piece did have lower ratings than usual, but I wouldn't worry about One Piece, especially when the block in general had a weaker turnout. As long as One Piece is actually on the lineup, I don't see any needs for concern.
I hope that if Space Dandy reruns don't perform too well during these next few weeks that they'll alter the lineup to put it after Black Lagoon. It wouldn't seem fair to put a rerun in front a bunch of premieres, especially if said reruns aren't doing that well in ratings.
The Pacquiao vs Bradley rematch Saturday night was probably the biggest boxing card all year. Truth be told, I watched it and totally forgot about Toonami the rest of the night. Whether that can actually account for low numbers outside myself I have no idea. Just throwing that out there.

So we do go back up after a rough week! Still nothing to worry over. Space Dandy repeat did well, even if it lost to Bleach which doesn't bother me any and shows that 11:30 is clearly stable.
Staying GOLD, Saturdays 11:30pm to 6:00am, only Toonami, on [as] | MLB Spring Training
