This week on Samurai 7...
Little is known about the Capital and the divine ruler responsible for the rise of the Merchants, the energy trade, and the Bandits torment of the peasants. With sword in hand, Kambei is about to find out more.

While the farmers began harvesting rice and rebuilding the village, Katsushiro and Kikuchiyo reflected back at past events and experiences with the group and they came to grips with what they must do next. At the capital, Ayamaro was stripped of his magistrate title for not being able to find the imperial envoy's assassin and it was passed on to Ukyo. Meanwhile, Kambei arrived at Metal City, the home of the mysterious Guardians (moribito), with plans to fulfill his promise to rescue Honoka's sister and Rikichi's wife.
