That's right. This is the start of the final story arc of Casshern Sins. We are five episodes away from the end. Enjoy it. Everything that has happened over the previous 19 episodes has led to this final, concluding story arc.

Last time on Casshern Sins:

Casshern and Lyuze are ambushed by a fierce warrior named Helene and her companion Castor. During the battle, Helene calls Lyuze weak and unable to defend herself. Casshern manages to dispatch Castor and the distraction is enough for Lyuze to badly injure Helene, and Helene, in despair, jumps after Castor. Lyuze soon becomes obsessed with the realization that she may be beginning to ruin, and after hearing Ringo's story of an ancient immortal monster called the Hydra (which causes Lyuze to compare Casshern to this creature), Lyuze is haunted by the signs she is starting to ruin, with her arms creaking and rust spots beginning to appear on her left hand and neck. In despair, she begs Casshern to destroy her, but after a final confrontation with Helene, which results in Helene falling into ruin herself, Lyuze decides instead to see the end through with Casshern, ruin and all.
