This week on Samurai 7...
Ukyo, the son of the Magistrate, kidnaps Kirara for his harem. It is up to Rikichi and Komachi to save her, with the help of the two samurai they've recruited: young, idealistic Katsushiro and the boisterous cyborg Kikuchiyo.

Last time on Samurai 7...

Facing startvation at the hands of the Nobuseri, the farmers of Kanna Village sent Kirara, Komachi, and Rickichi on a journey to find samurai who will protect their people. On their journey, they met a samurai named Katsushiro, who saved their rice from getting stolen. Rickichi was about to ask Katsushiro to protect their village, but Kirara said not to, stating that he isn't "the one." They parted ways and then Kirara and the others saw a burglary in a restraunt, where they saw Katshushiro again and a cyborg samurai named Kikuchiyo. There, another samurai named Kambei saved the restraunt by slicing off Kikuchiyo's head as a distraction. Kirara sensed that Kambei was "the one" and began to chase after him.

The Great War is over.

The merchant class has risen to power and samurai are obsolete.

Once-proud warriors have been reduced to becoming bandits and have turned their swords against the peasant farmers.

But one village has had enough, and led by their water priestess Kirara, a small delegation has been sent to find samurai who would be desperate enough to help them take back what is rightfully theirs.
