Between the metallic swords of Samurai 7 and metallic mecha of Eureka 7 lies . . . more metal, of the clashing robots that make up Casshern Sins. We are now in the second half of the show with this episode.

Casshern and Friender wind up in another city, this time in a place where robots have accepted death. A robot named Margo styles himself as an artist and has started painting all over the city, but the leader of the local robot population doesn't approve of this. Eventually, the leader and his robots decide to murder Margo, but Casshern intervenes and bashes their heads in. That's . . . honestly kinda it.
