On the series finale of Deadman Wonderland...
Nagi goes on a rampage on all the guards. Ganta starts being poisoned due to not having any Candy in a while.

Last time on Deadman Wonderland...

Detesting his weak self, Ganta asked Crow to teach him how to use his Branches of Sin to fight. Meanwhile, Karako attempted to infiltrate the Undertakers by disguising herself as a guard. As Toto appeared before Ganta and Crow during their training session, Shiro, who was drunk off of liquor sweets, appeared before Genkaku, who also discovered Karako. Just as Ganta managed to produce a blood bullet that can break the sound barrier, Genkaku announced his capturing of Karako and Shiro. Despite being low on blood, Ganta rushed to where Genkaku, Karako and Shiro were, but was confronted by Nagi, who had been mentally broken by Genkaku and turned into a raging demon.

Well, this is the finale of Deadman Wonderland and probably the last time the show airs on Toonami. The OVA won't be airing, so I suggest you pick up the DVD if you want to see it dubbed.
