Honestly aside from Reign & milk chan (hate those personally) I've enjoyed most of the anime As has shown, kind of hard to choose a favorite but I guess I would probably list Bleach, The Big-O, Case Closed, Casshern Sins,FLCL,Lupin III, Samurai Champloo, Trigun, and Wolfs Rain as some of my favorites that have aired on [Adult Swim]

I honestly haven't watched most of the series on that list, but based on the few I have seen, I'm going to go with Brotherhood. I really liked the storyline, the main characters were interesting and mostly likable, the fights were pretty good and the ending was really satisfying. If I had seen all of the original series on Adult Swim or just had seen all of it, I might have gone with that instead, but since I've only seen a bit of the beginning, middle and ending, including the movie, it didn't seem fair to say that was my favorite when I've seen so little of it. Plus, out of the series I've seen completely on Adult Swim, Brotherhood easily beats out Kekkaishi while Durarara!! comes in second place for me.

Personally,it's a tie between Fullmetal Alchemist and Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood for my favorite....Both are great action series adapted from the same source manga (Brotherhood stays closer to the manga storyline and shares its ending,though...the original anime does its own thing about halfway through),and both series have several funny and tearjerker moments....

I also like InuYasha...While the series did drag on longer than it should have (leading to an inconclusive ending at the time,until IY The Final Act came along to adapt the final volumes of the manga),it was a decent action show,with humor and even some horror now and again....

Yu Yu Hakusho was one of my first shonen series,and still a favorite of mine...I love the fights (which aren't usually dragged out,and for the most part,remain interesting ,and I also love the dub (one of Funimation's best,IMO)...

Blood + was alright,I loved the animation,and the fight scenes were good...I think it would've been better if they'd had more actors in the dub (having the same 2 or 3 actors voicing several characters really only works if they've got enough range that you can't tell that that's the case)...

I'm guessing it's a mix of bad memory and them wishing it had been on AS rather than Toonami so ratings could have been better. They forgot a few shows in that bump as well.

Anyway, Bebop and Paranoia Agent remain the best anime series and possibly best full TV series I've ever seen, and FLCL's not too far behind.

No, Rurouni Kenshin aired on Toonami.

Anyway, luckily for me some of my favorite anime, period, have been aired on AS. Neon Genesis Evangelion, Cowboy Bebop, FLCL, Eureka Seven, and Paranoia Agent are my favorites form the block.

My favorite epic anime that Adult Swim aired:

Cowboy Bebop - That series was so amazing/interesting which Spike was Steven Blum's epic hero and Vicious was such an awesome deadly/sadistic psychopath villain which those two will be forever missed.

Fooly Cooly/FLCL - It was cool/funny/crazy/wacky which I'm sad it had 6 episodes, it would of been longer since has so much potential, rats.The Naota/Mamimi coupling was so cute and the random manga setting in episode 1, the Lupin III, and South Park references were awesome.Haruko(Haruha) was such a magnificent hot villainess who's hilarious and devious/manipulative for using Naota to get Atomsk's power and I enjoy her funny scenes.

s-CRY-ed - It was pretty marvelous/interesting and those Alter superpowers were pretty amazing.Kazama was Steven Blum's next epic hero and his "piss me off" lines/rivalries with Ryuhou were sweet.Straight Cougar was so epic/funny(my first time to see Crispin Freeman's character that's really lovable next to Togusa/Haji/Jeremiah/Shizuo), but he'll be missed and I'm glad that horrible monster Kyoji Mujo died what he did throughout the series.

Bleach - It was my next favorite fascinating Shonen Jump series and that Orihime, Rukia, Ururu, Yoruichi, Kukaku, Rangiku, Hiyori, Lisa, Nel(Neliel), and Sode no Shirayuki were magnificent female characters.Sosuke Aizen/Jin Kariya/Muramasa were such awesome devious/sadistic/diabolical villains for their evil plans/motives.It may have fillers that I hated(the Bount/Captain Amagai/Lurichiyo arcs), but it had fillers that I mostly loved(The Zanpakuto/Sword Beast arcs).

Death Note - It was pretty awesome/scary/interesting.Both L & Watari, Mello, Near, Soichiro, Matsuda, Rem, Naomi, Wedy, Matt, Ryuk(he's so hilarious, hahahaha), Misa, and Teru Mikami were such awesome characters throughout the series.Light Yagami(Kira) was such an unlikable horrible/manipulative/sadistic villain protagonist that I hated for killing off the epic characters.Both Near/Matsuda/Ryuk crushing the horrible monster Light(Kira) made me happy and his well-satisfying death at the end was so sweet.

Durarara!! - It was funny/crazy/epic and a lot better than Kekkaishi with no annoying old farts and terrible/abusive/violent main girls that smack around main heroes.All the characters are likable/epic, Celty, Anri, Erika, and Haruna was great epic female characters and Izaya was my favorite awesome nasty sadistic villain who's a great trolling mastermind who wants city chaos/turmoil, Johnny Bosch did him so sweet, I hope to hear him play more villains in future animes though.It would of had a season 2, oh well.

Deadman Wonderland - That series is pretty epic/funny/gruesome/brutal/scary reminding me of Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni/Elfen Lied.I felt sorry for poor Ganta having to get framed for something he didn't do along with getting prison torture, but he stands up to get his revenge which was sweet.Shiro(The Wretched Egg/The Red Man), Chief Guard Makina, Minatsuki(Hummingbird), and Hibana were such epic/interesting female characters, but I felt bad for poor Shiro having that violent psychopath personality taking over her.I so despise Tsunenaga Tamaki/Azuma Genkaku which I'll enjoy their sweet just desserts pretty soon.Toto(Mockingbird) the Ribbons lookalike was such an epic character that I loved.

My favorite anime would have to be Yu Yu Hakusho by far. It's the only show on Adult Swim I watched from beginning to end so far.

Thought I am going to get the Japanese version of Astro Boy eventually and given how much I am into the franchise, maybe it'll overtake Yu Yu Hakusho.

Casshern Sins I also really enjoy watching. I just wish it wasn't doing so poorly in ratings.

samurai champloo has to my favorite, with yu yu hakusho coming in at a very close second. however, cowboy bebop, code geass, outlaw star, and blue gender get honorable mentions, because i really enjoyed them.
