Why is it that when the guys from Loiter Squad do these on-the-street skits, it's funny and everybody's laughing, but when Eric Andre does them, it's like he's actually trying to annoy people?

I still remember that one where he took Klan hoods and rebel flags to a Tea Party meeting. They weren't laughing. They were GENUINELY PISSED OFF.
