They didn't alter the Office airings at all. All they altered was Metalocalypse and Oblongs reruns. Very minor stuff.

Does yellow mean new episodes?

I just find it weird that after the movie airs they're not showing the episode numbers for Bleach anymore. Is that normal?

Yeah, that's normal. Most of the other shows airing in September don't have episode numbers, either. They usually add them in later when they get closer to airing.
