Will Cohen leaving cartoon Network have an effect on adult swim?

Just wondering if her leaving will have much of an impact. I know she was one of the people pushing it, as I read at IGN she stated that 1/3 of the audience of CN is over 18. Is it possible that whoever the new prez is will not be as keen to the idea?

    probably

I don't think Adult Swim will get outright cancelled. Because the shows have been produced. But I doubt AS will be nurtured very much. If Betty Cohen was still around, You'd probably see stuff like The Oblongs or God, the Devil and Bob turn up. With out her influence, I doubt we will see AS expand beyond it's two nights and many of the shows probably won't get produced beyond their intital orders. I could be wrong, but looking back at WB's (now AOLTW) treatment of animation in the past. Things don't bode well.

Oblongs are airing in the future! Maybe the new prez does understand the 18 and over audience!

If 1/3 of Cartoon Network's audiance is adult, I wonder how many adults make up the viewers who watch Boomerane. I doubt that today's youth would be interested in cartoons from the 70's and 80's. I don't know if they even care for the Flinstones or the Jetsons that are shown on Cartoon Network.

Hey Flinstones and the Jetsons were good and are fun to watch for couple of laughs....
I see two young birds flying in the sky
Flapping their wings as they fly
Spreading their love throughout the sky
I see a young lonely bird flying in the sky
Silently crying to himself as he flies
Hoping that he’ll find his love before he dies - Zapages

I'm not putting down The Flinstones or the Jetsons. I just wasn't sure if today's youth watches it. I assume that they would prefer more of the Cartoon Cartoon cartoons that are shown (such as Powerpuff Girls). I would assume that most of the programming on Cartoon Network (with the "possible" exception of Cartoon Cartoon nights and Toonami) would appeal to the older audience anyway.
