Blood+, which is licensed in North American by Sony Pictures, is set to receive a TV broadcast on Cartoon Network. The broadcast date and schedule has not yet been announced.

I don't know. Trinity Blood seems to be doing well with the 18-34 crowd.

Boring? Kinda. A good portion of the final 15 or so eps could have been cut out. There is some decent action and some good character interaction early, but it goes dry after a while and the character interaction goes from good to "beating a dead horse"-esque.

Nonsensical story? Nah. It's pretty much cut and dry. Nothing like a GitS.

Nonending? Sorta. The ending isn't terrible, but I woudn't call it great. A tiny bit sad, too.

Frankly, I think it's a bad call on AS's part. They could pick up a few much better shows, and for a much cheaper price I bet.

If Hellsing Ultimate sticking to the manga, it's just like Gantz - something AS wants, but knows they'd have to gut to air, so it's out. As far I know, Hellsing Ultimate is sticking to the manga, so yeah, it was probably never in the cards anyway.
