aha! You are speaking of "Blue", which is written and by Yoko Kanno, the musical genius who came up with "Tank!", the show's openning theme. It's a really nice song, an excellent download. If you want to see a really good Anime Music Video titled "Life is but a dream", featuring the song with Cowboy Bebop footage, click here. It's a great music video for a great song. But don't download it unless you don't mind spoilers or have seen the last episode (which you have).

If you want to hear more songs just as incredible, I cannot recommend the Cowboy Bebop soundtracks highly enough, easy to find either on Ebay or at amazon.com in the Z shops

Although you should probably go to animenation.com unless you don't mind paying $40 for basic imports.

I was able to get them for about $15-20 each from the places I mentioned. Of course, maybe the rising popularity of the series has driven up the asking price for these discs. I got mine when this show was still new and hardly anybody knew of it, and haven't looked at those places since to see what they charge.

Calhoun, we've been over this. The disks you bought were bootlegs, that's why they were so cheap. Legit imported Japanese CDs cost around $30-$40.

Sorry Calhoun, but she's right. The 3 I've got are all bootlegs, albeit very finely made bootleges, but they cost about $15 a piece. Think about it: the original price of the CD in Japan is 3300 yen. That's about $35 American. Whoever imports the CD would be losing an insane ammount of money if they charged $15 less a piece than what they paid for them.
