I wonder what the odds are of coach being Shapey's father...
i found it pretty boring, not the best episode so far.

"With feelings of gratitude for all that is good in this world, I put down my pen. Well, I'll be leaving now." R.I.P Satoshi Kon 1963-2010
"Friends... No I'm not talking about you, that's the subject for today."
This was quite a strong episode tonight.
-Reverend Putty's sermon and asides.
-Both Orel's parents sharing intimacy in their own way at the same time with the coach.
-Orel's dad's solution to worry.
-"I like you" *kiss* "I like you" *kiss*
-The moral of the story.
- Whoa, I didn't know both of Orel's parents were that close to his coach. Hmmm... makes ya think, doesn't it?
- You'd think Orel would once in awhile rise above his naitivity, and he had a perfect opportunity here. The boy gets too hung up on one thing and never looks at the big picture, ya know?
- I just found something funny about the two boys who couldn't stop pecking each other on the cheek (even after beating up evil Joe) and Orel's friends... Doey, Tommy, and the gang... yeah, it's weird not technically recognizing the 'freckle boy' kid, but hey, it's funny.
7.5 out of 10 for "Loyalty."

Oh, considering how Shapey and Orel's mother reacted to him, I say "very likely".Originally Posted by Swordfish_II

It wasn't their best episode, mainly because you could see where the plot would be going immediately after the sermon. The sermon and dad's study scenes were highlights, as always, but most of the material with the bully was pretty much laugh-less.
Izzy Mandelbaum: How 'bout that, huh? The WORLD'S greatest dad. My son made it for me.
Jerry: That's very nice.
Izzy Mandelbaum: The best in the world! Which means I'm better than just number one.
Jerry: Well, I don't know how official any of these rankings really are.
And I'd say "Way too obviously yes".Originally Posted by TnAdct1
Anyway, the episode was good, though I don't get why those 2 kids never got knocked out, yet that 1 boy knocked out Joe with 1 hit. Those 2 are pretty strong and sturdy, I guess. Or that was just to bring some closure to what happened to Joe and those 2 kids. Or I'm over examining.
8/10.
I liked it, even if it wasn't near the best.
Favorite parts -
- "Homosexual Hop" and the "Shaving Cream" reference
- Putty's sermon and "Then you'll all go to heaven!"
- Orel's parents and Danielle
- The two boys, and them beating Joe
- Dad's speech / The Moral
Personally I think the "Lost Commandment" joke is getting old. It was funny in the first episode.
Overall 7/10

It was OK.
4/5 or 8/10 just for the "Homosexual Hop" and/or "You're nice."
Oh and by the way- still missin' the slanted angle in Orel's Dad's study.
