The first Adult Swim of 2002. This was definitely the most mouth watering one too.

Anyway, let's go....

Home Movies:
Politics - Wha? The cliffhanger wasn't resolved?! Oh well. Good episode with a funny plot and funny ending. Shannon got taller (he used to be Brendon's height). More McGuirk than you can shake a stick at. I liked the "bad seed" dialogue exchange the most.

As for the Flash animation, I never knew how good Flash looked on TV. BTW, Lim, the reason the animation looks jerkier is because in the squigglevision days the characters moved their limbs in one frame, whereas now they're using more fluid, but not completely fluid, animation. Since this was made in 2000, I'll bet this was animated with Macromedia Flash 4.

GRADE: A-

Baby Blues:
Rodney Moves In - This is the first time I saw an old episode. The best scenes were the Himmler scene and the scenes where Rodney tortured his family. Oswald from Drew Carey Show was in it too, so was Alex Borstein (Family Guy, MadTV). Overall, the plot was unique but simple, and the ending didn't seem very well thought out. I'll give this show a chance though as it makes Adult Swim even more diverse.

GRADE: B

A 90-sec. Samurai Jack ad came after Baby Blues. They should have aired a Capt. Linger.

Aqua Teen Hunger Force:
Escape From Leprauchpolis - Classic episode. BTW, I believe the blonde leprechaun's name is Merril, probbaly after Andy Merrill.

GRADE: B+

Sealab 2021:
Little Orphan Angry - Not the best episode of Sealab, but it had a plot. That's a plus. Plus more Marco speaking Spanish.

GRADE: C-

Aquaman Dance Party:
Supermarket - Again? Show Times Square!!

GRADE: A-

Space Ghost Coast to Coast:
Cookout - Another classic episode is aired! YAY! I don't care what people think. Those Duck Tacos looked dee-licious. Consider SG kicked up a notch. Same goes for Yan's cooking. HE KILLED THE CHICKEN!!! No wait, he only dissected it. More yummy food. The ending was hillarious. Best quote:

(Yan's cutting up the chicken)
Zorak: So Yan CAN cook. And Yan CAN go insane.
SG: Zorak don't insult the guest.
Zorak: Oh, but blasting them is peachy?
SG: Darn tootin, nephew-breath.

GRADE: A+++

and if that weren't enough to aid my hunger.....

Cowboy Bebop:
Toys in the Attic - Shishcabob! It looked good; too bad it was charred. Cute little throaway episode parody of Aliens. The best part was the end when Ed simply eats the blob. I never knew refridgerators were so magestic. Was this an educational episode?

GRADE: A

Jupiter Jazz I - I didn't pay much attention to this ep the first time. I'm glad the whole transvestite scene went unaltered. I still say Gren's breasts shouldn't have been cropped completely. I was confused at first, then a few seconds later when Faye labeled Gren as a "woman," I figured it out. For a Vicious episode, there sure was little violence.
