Whatever happened to Pangea, why you don't exist and other pressing questions of life

    Like This Thread!
Greetings Citizens, and illeagal aliens holding phony green cards!
Just thought I'd formally introduce myself before I start confusing you. (hmm, maybe I shouldn't have, therefore being more confusing, or quack.) *Quack* Well, I thought I'd switch to this message board from the EZ post one, because I know more people on this one. Anyway, I like all the shows on AS except home movies for the most part. Meh. Anyway, no need to reply to this. Just announcing myself. Now as for those pressing Questions.

    Whatever happened to Pangea?

    It broke up.
    No one cared.

    Why don't I exist?
Given that the universe in infinate, and there is a finite number of YOU in the universe, (i.e, 1) The average number of you in the universe mathematically is 0. (I.e: 1/infinity = 0)

    No one cares.

    Why a talking monkey?
    Why not a talking monkey?
    Yet still, no one cares.

    Where's Waldo?
    He died.
All they found were a bunch of his hats and canes, no one could find the body.
    No one cared

Why did you name this thread about questions and why did I think I would care?
Because I didn't want to post some stupid 'Hi, I'm new thread' (or at least disguise it to not seem like that)
I didn't expect you to care
    And care you should not.

--In the beginning, the universe was created, this has made many people very angry and has been widely considered a bad move. Zorakfan wrote a lengthy, glorified 'hi' thread, and followed the same high opinion as the universe.

Isn't Infinity undefined, so 1/infinity = 1/undefined which has no value whatsoever. So 1/infinity CAN'T be 0. But if I didn't exist, then the saying "I think therefore I am" isn't right. I don't think this type of question shouldn't be mathematically, because there isn't any value in mathematics. Infinity is then probably something in our minds, we know it lasts forever, so we know it will never end which means we probably will never now the right answer.

"I don't think this type of question should be mathematically"

At least not in simple math. The moral of Kepler's harmony of the spheres.

    Actually, Mathematically, 1/infinity does = 0.

And, yes, the answer is 42.

Actually, I think I'm screwing this up. It's not called harmony of the spheres, that's something else.

But Kepler was focused on figuring out the solar system based on geometry. One shape for each planet, each shape fitting into the next one. Musical mathematics came in there for a bit too. His famous revolutionary Three Laws of Planetary Motion had to be assembled from his notes after he died. He actually just tossed them aside one after another to devote his life to the futile pursuit of fitting the universe into geometric shapes.

How? 1 can't be divided into anything to be 0, but I'm only in 11th grade Math(I'm advanced )

What you call Courage, is it not just Pride?
What you think is Love, could it not be just Lust?
Has your want for Friendship ever been blinded by your Wrath?
Does your thirst for Knowledge ever get tainted by Greed?
Does your sense of Reliability ever come short and become Sloth?
Is it truly Sincerity...or merely Envy?
Is it truly Hope that you seek or are you just a victim of Gluttony?

    Where are your Savers...?

I hate to bust your bubbles but the universe is NOT infinite...scientists have proven that it has a shape...they said its shaped like a horse saddle or somthing.. ::crickets chirp::

Actually, I have read that they can determine that our universe is likely shaped like a immense globe, in which contain all our galaxies and such, and the galaxies and such all revolve around the center of this immense globe. It actually sounds like it makes sense, but the mind boggles at how large that globe must be to contain all our galaxies in this universe. I mean, I am sure you all saw the Hubble telescope picture of all those far away galaxies! And that was just a small portion of the sky!

They say that the universe is expanding. That makes it infinate until it stops finding space to expand into. (And what the hell is it expanding into?)

Isn't it weird how infinite doesn't end, just like pi. 3.14..............
