adult swim theme song

i just wanted to know if anyone knew who performs the adult swim theme music. It's just a piano w/ a drum machine, but i think it sounds kewl. I heard it on a commercial for something else, so it's someone sorta big. Let me know what ya'll think.

Best we've been able to figure out it's just stock music TV stations have on file for whatever they want to use it for. It's likely nobody knows who originally did the music.

I saw a commercial completely unrelated to Cartoon Network/Adult Swim using it recently. It was from... HotJobs.com? I think it was.

You are correct!!! It was also on another commercial, i believe it's some electronica group that made the song. Toonami is notorious for using electronic music for there segment pieces. Hopefully someone who listens to that group, and reads this message board will fill in the missing answer. Lets hope those two moons align.

Well, from what I've heard, the actual music used in the commercials is stock music that's not available to the public. I've also heard that the music is based on Tito Puente's "Mambo Galledo." That's about as close anyone has come to getting their hands on the actual theme song to the adult swim commercials.

ps. If you have time to go thru the boards to find threads TWO MONTHS OLD, you surely have time to find some that were posted only a couple weeks ago or so. In other words, please refrain from digging up old threads when there are current discussions about them already on the boards, and more than likely with more relevant information. This is not to single out any one person, just a general rule of thumb. It's not in the rules, but I think it's just common sense to leave old threads lie when there are more current ones with up-to-date information.
