I only saw 1 episode of this show and it wasnt that good.. im not saying it's bad but i just wasnt interested... anywho... what i was going to say is since this show was picked up im betting the pjs will be... AND I HATE THE PJS!!! also Oblongs will most likely get picked up... i hope they get some original stuff!

Mission Hill needed more than one episode to grow on me, too. I have 6 episodes on tape, and I have to say the last 4 or 3 really show some great character growth. This show had alot to it that could have carried on for a long series.

I liked the show as well. I don't understand The WB putting on their prime time animation at sucky times though. This show was funny and a little off beat.

I don't think it was at a sucky time at first. Wasn't it on Sunday nights? I remember that WB had talked about doing a line up of animation that night much like Fox had. Now that would have certainly been cool, and stiff competition for Fox.

I also recall Mission Hill was made by alot of the creative folks who made the Simpsons great. They seemed to know what they were doing at the time. They knew the Simpsons would get lame without them (it did) and felt they could shift the power in prime time animation to WB. I think WB had the potential for a period of time to really be a power house on Sunday nights but let it go. Maybe at first they would have struggled, but now that the Simpsons is a lame imitation of it's former glory and the same can be said for the X Files, a strong night of programming on the WB would be a very welcome change. Now the only thing to look forward to Sunday night is Adult Swim.
