    World Beyond Williams Street

    Like This Thread!
William Street produces the bulk of shows on Adult Swim, correct? Well, there are so many other possibilities beyond them! Sure, I love what they've made (except ATHF...grrr..), but maybe some more variety would be nice...

Remember The TICK? What if they got that show from Comedy Central? What if they produced new episodes? ahh???

I just think other companies should jump in on this band wagon. With Adult Swim, people are finally realizing, cartoons aren't for kids anymore! especially the shows aimed at kids(ala Johnny Bravo..well..classic Johnny Bravo...and Cow & Chicken...).

I'd love to see some grown up variety cartoon shows. With sick/twisted 6 minute shorts all bunched into a half hour.

Lets look for more variety, in what will be, and is a great thing for cartoon lovers, with mature taste.

My tremendous intuitive sense of the female creature informs me that you are troubled...

Mmmm... New board, water background, Space Ghost flexing his phallic cranium... I'll keep it!
Now then, as for Williams Street. Boys, I love ya! I really do... (every woman who has ever truly known heartbreak knows what's coming next, so feel free to sing along, sisters!) but I really think it's time we saw other people... er... SHOWS! Other SHOWS!
I have been, am, and always will be a huge mark for SGC2C, and The Brak Show breaks new ground by recycling everything! Including the plotlines! Still, I can only watch so many reworks at one time. I've posted elsewhere that I would love to see Terry Moore's book Strangers In Paradise adapted, and since it was last seen being developed by HBO (another AOLTWXyz division) the jump to the more natural CN would make sense.
But do you really think that Fox would let CN anywhere near the Tick, with their live series still running (strong, I might add)?
Oh, and for the benefit of any League Lovers slumming over here... DRAFT PLAS! Sorry... reflex.
    Audi!
