Personally, I would like to see Terry Moore's "Strangers in Paradise" comic adapted for AS. But then Williams Street wouldn't be able to rehash an old HB series to do it, so it won't happen...

How about an anthology series that showcases cartooning styles from alternative comic book artists? I'd love to see something like that, and the most popular cartoons could spin off into new series.

Personally, I want to see "Undergrads" on adult seim. Mtv is doing anything with them
This is very similar to the suggestion put forward by the Quirmian philosopher Ventre, who said, "Possibly the gods exist, and possibly they do not. So why not believe in them in any case? If it's all true you'll go to a lovely place when you die, and if it isn't then you've lost nothing, right?" When he died he woke up in a circle of gods holding nasty-looking sticks and one of them said, "We're going to show you what we think of Mr Clever Dick in these parts..."

Actually CN could make a hour on Adult Swim called "The College Years". It could consist of "Zombie College" and "Undergrads". I doubt CN would do it though....

Stuff I've heard of but never seen like:

    Aeon Flex
    Fish Police
    The Alvin Show
    The Racoons
    UnderGRADS etc.

I've also pitched this idea about a thousand times on these boards. The idea is to have a show about cartoons series that fail after about five episodes like Mission Hill, Clerks, or Pinky, Elmyra, and the Brain.

They would show every ep with full commentary in the bumpers like Toonheads.

Shows that have their fate sealed up before they even start are more interesting than shows that last a few years. It would be The Behind The Music for cartoons!

The Racoons is a show for young children. (However it is and always will be a personal favorite) IT last a few seasons. At the moment a new special with them is in the works. Sadly it won't be shown in the USA....

Actually, since MTV no longer airs it, why does'nt CN get the rights to "Celebrity Deathmatch"? It would do pretty good on CN! They could even air the rarly shown season one eppys and the banned ones! Like Eminem VS. Kid Rock and Joe C. (Banned due to Joe C.'s death last year), Jeff Gordon VS. Dale Ernhart, and Carol O' Connor VS. Sherman Hemsly.
