How Do You Manage Weeknights?

It's been well over a year and a half since AS Weeknights first started airing. Considering work and school, how do you normally watch late-night programming on AS with all the hustle and bustle of everyday life?

Work and school have started late enough for me to get enough sleep.

Currently I'm working overnights so I just catch the 2:30 AM Conan (Central Time Zone) while I'm at work. During the school year I don't have much time for weeknights, although every once in awhile I'll try to catch an episode of something. There is always the VCR if necessary as well.

I've been staying up for Conan (given that I wake up for it when I go to sleep) but I'll probably start taping it now that it's moving to 1AM. I've got work and what not and I can't be tired all the time.

Typically there was never anything after 12:30 that I watched until this year so I could always manage just watching it but I've recorded midnight premieres before when I needed to get that extra sleep.

I don't stay up for weeknights, just Sunday. I record Conan on weekdays and some of Saturday.

I can manage work on 4 hours of sleep. School's different, but it's not like anything good or new has aired on AS past 1.

I just watch it on occasion anymore. Most of the time, I'm out doing stuff while it's on anyway.

Simple. It's summertime.

But if I had Cartoon Network at college, I'd be saying that my classes generally start late enough for me to go to bed in the realm of 2 AM.

I watch weeknights if I'm awake and have nothing to do. Much of Adult Swim is reruns, so I don't make arrangements to stay up late just for watching it.

I could catch everything without problems, but between Tough Crowd, WWE, and general disinterest in reruns I only bother with Conan and every now and then ATHF.

If I want to watch something I'll record it on my VCR(which is man's best friend when it comes to not missing shows ^_^") it if it's later than 11:00(CST), if it's earlier I stay up and watch it.

Well, I can stay up for everything since it's summer now, but when it was on during the school year, I only stayed up for Futurama and Family Guy, so I could still get a little over 6 hours of sleep.

At this point the only show I really watch on weeknights is ATHF. I usually catch The Daily Show over Futurama, put on Family Guy but don't really pay attention, and I've caught Conan a few times but haven't really begun watching regularly (I usually watch Conan instead :irony: ).

For weeknights, I usually just watch whatever is new or haven't seen. And since I've seen most if not all of the ATHF and Trigun episodes, I just watch the 12:30 Case Closed and call it a night on AS..
