Italian Toon Fest Date Confirmed

Italy’s Cartoons on the Bay festival, home to the prestigious Pulcinella Awards, is set to take place from April 5 – 9 next year, festival director Alfio Bastiancich has confirmed. Playmates Acquires Toy Rights to "Little Robots"

BBC Worldwide (BBCWW) has granted North American master toy licensee rights for preschool series Little Robots to toy manufacturer Playmates, C21Media reports. Playmates plans to launch a character-driven line in the fall of 2006 that will include electronic figures, plush dolls, play sets, and games.
