Series writer Matt Fleckenstein has spoken to Newsarama.com about his work on the upcoming Family Guy tie-in comic, coming from Devil’s Due Publishing later this year. Fleckenstein clarifies his writing duties on the show, discusses some basic plot points of his comics, and expounds on the difference between writing for comics and for other media.
A press release announces collected comic books coming from DC Comics in June 2006. Included in the list are two Cartoon Network Block Party digest-sized volumes, the fourth volume of George Perez’s Wonder Woman comics, a tie-in trade paperback for the new Superman movie, and a second Showcase volume reprinting 1950’s-era Superman stories.
