IDW Announces "Transformers: Beast Wars" Comic

IDW Publishing has announced a Beast Wars mini-series to join its new Transformers comic books. Beast Wars: The Gathering will be a 4-issue mini-series launching in February 2006 by Simeon Furman, with art by Don Figueroa and Josh Burcham, following the relaunch of Transformers in January.

VIZ Media Establishes European Presence

VIZ Media and the London-based Copyright Promotions Licensing Group (CPLG) will be forming a new company, VIZ Media B.V., which will focus on penetrating European comics markets with its manga and animation brands.
