I'm a duck,i'm a duck,i'm a duck,i'm a duck,quaky,quaky,quack pack. No you're not! You're just some frog-mutated trash!
Lets see. I'm actually post 90s generation, but i enjoy old cartoons on *censored*. Ha that author rights, yea ?
I love cartoons like Courage the Cowardly Dog and Powerpuff Girls. And why is Nickelodeon nowadays such a piece of garbage (by the way they're going to reboot 90s shows like Hey Arnold, and currently planning Hey Arnold! Jungle Movie) ?
Take a look. CN has some good shows right now like Over The Garden Wall,We Bare Bears and Bunnicula. They're going on Cartoon Network. But what about Nickelodeon ? They had shows like Sanjay & Craig an Breadwinners. CN by the way has bad shows too,Uncle Grandpa,Secret Mountain Fort Awesome (cancelled),Annoying Orange (cancelled)...
We're all biased to a certain degree, but not all cartoon shows nowadays suck. I'm not an Uncle Grandpa fan nor a critic, but I don't understand the hatred for that show, so to each his own. As for Teen Titans Go, I can understand the hatred for that. Lots of reruns of TTG over the past year on CN 60% of time, reruns of it on Boomerang, it constantly taking jabs at it's critics through it episodes. Nowadays, TV Networks feel like Nostalgia isn't profitable anymore, therefore, they're removing classic cartoon shows from TV and having companies that are best known for popular franchises, f.e, Warner Bros. (Looney Tunes) and Scooby Doo (WB) create reboots of said popular franchises in order for TV networks to make profit. In my opinion, these companies need to get back to originality instead of trying to reinvent the wheel.
