by on June 25, 2007

Over the weekend at the Wizardworld Philadelphia comic book convention, it was announced that Dwayne McDuffie would be taking over DC’s current Justice League of America comic book starting with issue #13. Over at Wizard magazine’s website, McDuffie discusses the Justice League comic and a number of other topics, including the origins of Milestone Media, his entry into the animation industry, his favorite episodes of Justice League and Justice League Unlimited, and who his favorite characters on the show were.

UPDATED June 25, 2007: McDuffie has been interviewed by Newsarama.com about his plans for the Justice League, and loosely invited fans to respond with guest stars they would like to see in the series by saying, “Is it enough to say that guest stars will be frequent and that I’ll let the fans tell me who they think is ready?”
