Michael Bay will direct the Transformers live-action feature, MTV reports. The film, from DreamWorks, is slated for a November 2006 release. Separately, MTV says that Tim Hill will direct Garfield 2 for Twentieth Century Fox. Hill’s previous work includes Muppets from Space, and he has written for SpongeBob SquarePants.
