That's great! I wonder if the season 5 extras will include deleted scenes and some commentary about few things fans are curious like who is the mysterious woman that helped Ashi find Jack,Why Ashi is killed off during the wedding and why the final battle feels rushed (according to their opinion)

And also if there is  a commentary on season 5 about why the guardian's portal didn't come true after jack defeated Aku in the past ?Was it about making your own destiny or something?

Hi Thomas. There's an explanation to your question according to the wiki members of the Samurai Jack Wiki. Is this: "Alternatively, the future shown by the time portal may indicated Jack's success of returning to his own time if he didn't succumbed to his negative personalities and Mad Jack's influence. Given that Jack has lost his katana, the only weapon in the world capable of destroying Aku for good, not to mention the belief he has failed and was doomed to wander the future under Aku for eternity, he began to slowly drifted away from the right path and thus altering his own fate."

Makes sense but we will see about that in a commentary if it happens in the season 5 DVD

Good idea, Thomas. The explanation that I posted above is only an assumption made by the Samurai Wiki members, not official, although as you say, it makes sense. With the release of the blu-ray, we will see if this is true or not!
