Justice League Adventures continues the
tradition of a comic book based on an animated series based on a comic
book. In this instance, the comic is based on the Justice League
series on Cartoon Network, which in turn was based on the Justice
League of America comics published by DC since the 1960s. The first
issue of Justice League Adventures boasts a cover by series
producer Bruce Timm and fan-favorite painter Alex Ross. Each issue is
written and drawn by a different creative team, providing fresh
perspectives on the league with each and every issue.
