Writer: Kelley Puckett
Penciller: Mike Parobeck
Inker: Rick Burchett
Colorist: Rick Taylor
Letterer: Tim Harkins
Editor: Scott Peterson
Cover Artist: Mike Parobeck

Summary:
The Riddler is out of Prison and much to Batman's surprise, he's not in any trouble.

Description:
After Batman stops a criminal called Mastermind from stealing rare jewels being sent to the Gotham Museum, Batman learns that the dynamic trio of Mastermind, Mr. Nice and The Professor are back in town. Not knowing when they're going to strike next, Batman now  has to worry about The Riddler being released from Prison. When The Riddler seems to be reformed from crime for good, that's when he goes to the museum to steal the jewels Mastermind was after. But when The trio shows up too, Batman catches all four of them in the act.

Review:
Although The Riddler really didn't do anything in this story, I thought that the story was pretty cool. Having The Professor, Mr. Nice, and Mastermind show up was what made the book, and left The Riddler hanging in the dust. Batman had some nice scenes, and it's good seeing Riddler's thugs talk instead of just standing there. The art was very good, with great colors and nice drawings. Mike Parobeck draws a Batman better than anyone I know. Overall, I'd give this issue a rating of four out of five.
