Review:
I thought that this was a very good way to start off
this series. The story was surprisingly good,
considering it IS a comic book. The way Penguin
become a faithful humanitarian, and still managed to
pull of crimes was impressive. Seeing Bruce Wayne in
the first issue was nice. Now enough about the
story. The art was fantastic! It was just like
watching an episode from the cartoon. There
wasnıt much fighting scenes in this episode, but
thatıs fine, because when there was one, the art
really made it jump out at you. Great story, great
art, great issue.
