Penguin decides to get a new gang together, and looks for a big heist. Conveniently, a present from The Joker appears and it turns out itıs a Interactive TV unit. In exchange for a small item from Gotham Bank, Joker promises to make Penguin the most popular man in Gotham. The Penguin goes along with this plan, not knowing what heıs getting himself into.

After the heist, Penguin appears to be clean from crime, not only becoming surprisingly wealthy, but receiving numerous awards. When Batman catches up with Penguinıs plan, he decides to set a trap of his own. So when Penguin attempts to steal Bruce Wayneıs money from Wayne Financial Institution, he not only catches him in the act, but gets his own confession on tape.

Review:
I thought that this was a very good way to start off this series. The story was surprisingly good, considering it IS a comic book. The way Penguin become a faithful humanitarian, and still managed to pull of crimes was impressive. Seeing Bruce Wayne in the first issue was nice. Now enough about the story. The art was fantastic! It was just like watching an episode from the cartoon.  There wasnıt much fighting scenes in this episode, but thatıs fine, because when there was one, the art really made it jump out at you. Great story, great art, great issue.
