Sprint will launch new independent mobile-TV content providers, the company said today. Star Entertainment Picks Up Rights to Color Chips Toons

Star Entertainment has acquired the distribution rights to Caper Town Cops and Ultimate Book of Spells and Scruff under a deal inked with Color Chips India Ltd, IndianTelevision.com reports. The deal will give Star the rights for two and a half years.
