ADV Films will release a ThinPak box set of Full Metal Panic! on April 19, the company says. Fox Shareholders Accept News Corp. Offer

Minority shareholders of Fox Entertainment Group have accepted a buyout offer by News Corp. for their shares, according to the Los Angeles Times (link requires free registration). Shareholders will receive 2.04 nonvoting shares of News Corp. in exchange for each share of Fox Entertainment stock.

Thomas Haden Church Joins "Spider-Man 3" Cast

Matthew Vaughn will helm X-Men 3, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Zak Penn and Simon Kinberg are scripting. Hugh Jackman will return as Wolverine, and Twentieth Century Fox says it expects Ian McKellen, Halle Berry and Patrick Stewart to reprise their roles for the sequel.
