The Sundance Channel has picked up the British animation series Monkey Dust from Fremantle International Distribution, according to World Screen. The series is scheduled to premiere sometime in March.
Entertainment Rights (ER) has received a commission from U.K. network Five for fifty-two 10-minute episodes of the preschool series Rupert and Friends, World Screen reports. The new series, combining stop frame animation and 3-D CG, is currently in pre-production at Cosgrove Hall. It will launch on Five’s children’s block this fall.
