Nickelodeon Latin America and Mattel Latin America are renewing a multi-platform contract to further strengthen relations with Latin American customers, PlayThings reports. The alliance covers traditional advertising, original programming, online components, and programming rights for Nickelodeon, including Mattel’s My Scene property.

In July, Marvel Comics will release a series of black-and-white digest comics that will reprint classic early issues of their iconic superhero characters. Each digest will retail for $1 and contain 64 pages. The digests will feature the earliest stories of Spider-Man, the Fantastic Four, the Avengers, the Hulk, and the X-Men.
