Nickelodeon Orders 20 More Episodes of "Avatar"

Nickelodeon has ordered a third season of 20 episodes for the hit show Avatar: the Last Airbender. The new episodes will premiere in 2007. In the meantime, an hour-long animated movie titled The Fury of Aang is scheduled to debut on July 14, 2006. (via TZ Forum Member RBryanA)

ITV Commissions Ricky Gervais’ "Flanimals"

UK network ITV has commissioned a series of Ricky Gervais’ book series Flanimals, C21Media reports. Gervais, most famous for both versions of the comedy series The Office, will write and narrate the series, which focuses on his personally imagined monster creations.
