China and South Korea on Thursday signed an agreement to help each other promote and develop China’s Changsha Cartoon Art Festival (CCAF) and the Seoul International Cartoon & Animation Festival (SICAF) into the largest animation festivals in China and South Korea, AWN reports, citing China Knowledge Press.
