Studio Ghibli has posted an article written by Masako Shimizu about her connections to Ghibli’s Tales from Earthsea movie. Shimizu is the Japanese translator of the original Earthsea novels written by Ursula K. LeGuin. (via Nausicaa.net)

Animated "Fantastic Four" to Cartoon Network This Fall

An article in Variety confirms that Cartoon Network has acquired exclusive domestic TV rights to the new Fantastic Four animated series. The show is a co-production of Marvel Studios and French animation firm Moonscoop. Cartoon Network has commissioned 26 episodes of the series, which will begin airing this fall.
