According to Nausicaa.net, Studio Ghibli and animator Alexandr Petrov have announced an exhibition of Petrov’s work at the Ghibli Museum. The same news posting details Ghibli’s efforts to release more foreign animated movies to DVD in Japan, with Paul Grimault’s Le Roi et l’Oiseau to be released on April 4.

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association has awarded the Golden Globe for Best Animated Feature Film to Disney/Pixar’s Cars, and the Golden Globe for Best Original Song to “The Song of the Heart” from Warner Brothers’ Happy Feet.
